Ducleaux Cellars is a small family winery (a "Garagiste") making prodigious wines from our estate Rocks District vineyard, Belle Roche and other select, professionally managed vineyards with distinctive terroir. Led by one of the Valley's few woman winemakers, our aim is to make outstanding artisan wines. We believe in life's journey, having fun, and making wine with an uncompromising view towards quality and value.
Our roots lie in the single bay garage where we started our winery. Wine is an experience, a place, a time and those with whom you share. Selection of great fruit from interesting and unique vineyards coupled with keeping true to the varietal and terroir is critical. Our estate vineyard and winery are located in The Rocks District of Milton-Freewater.

Life is chaotic, have fun...
This is the story of The Brady Bunch, a woman who was bringing up two very lovely girls, all of them had hair, the youngest one in curls. Here’s the story of a man named Chris, who was busy with three boys and a girl of his own, they were five people living all together, yet they were all alone. Till the one day when the cute lady winked on Match.com at this fellow. And they knew it was much more than a hunch, that this crazy crew would somehow form a family. Not quite as harmonious as the beloved Brady Bunch….yet a family full of love and fun.
Elevation is not only about height and the Ducleaux Cellars 2019 Jordyn is a great example of this. As we explored in July, grape varieties in certain combinations can elevate what we perceive on our palates. In addition to this, a cause can often elevate a wine from being something we enjoy personally to a vehicle with which to incite a community and/or cause. In the rarest of cases, you can elevate the glass, incite a community to not only awareness but also action and in so doing, memorialize a loved one. That's why we fell in love with this particular wine.
Rich and complex with a full-bodied mouthfeel, this explosive white blend of two Rhone grape varieties is delicate enough to sip without food and rich and elegant enough to pair with a wide variety of summer dishes. Gorgeous floral aromatics lead the palate to notes of tropical and stone fruits. It pairs well with spicy foods, goat cheese, roasted nuts & best friends.
$2 for every bottle sold gets donated to Pediatric Brain Tumor Research at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in memory of Jordyn, Chris's daughter who was diagnosed with brain cancer at age three and passed when she was 5 yeas old.
