Valentine's Day is extra-special here in Oregon. Not only is it the day we celebrate the people we love, but February 14 is also Oregon's birthday!

This month's shipment gives us the opportunity to celebrate both our love for wine and our love for Oregon.

Our two reds this month are the Seven of Hearts Tannat and the EdenVale Dolcetto.

The Tannat is big, bold, and intense with deep, ripe fruit flavors -- a great bottle to open up early in the evening and enjoy all night long. The Dolcetto will lend some spice to your night. Spicy, fruity and medium-bodied, it is light enough to go with just about anything on your menu.

Our two whites this month are the Kramer Celebrate Pinot Gris and the Seven of Hearts Sauvignon Blanc.

Our first sparkling wine, the fresh, fruity and dry Pinot Gris shows you why Kramer is rapidly becoming one of the most well-known producers of sparkling in Oregon. The Sauvignon Blanc has lovely herbal, grassy qualities balanced with a nice depth of melon flavor. It'll pair beautifully with any of Oregon's amazing seafood.
