Situated in a home built in the 1890s, the Cellar 503 tasting room has a cozy, residential feel that offers members of our wine club and the general public a place to experience wines from boutique producers throughout Oregon.

The Cellar 503 tasting room evokes a vintage industrial aesthetic, with elements designed by local craftsmen. Furnishings include reclaimed hardwood tables, a Chesterfield sofa, a hand-tufted area rug, linen drapes and farmhouse lighting. Historic photographs of pastoral Oregon, cork wallpaper and a custom mural painted by a local artist behind the reclaimed wood and copper bar provide a focal point.
The 1000 sq. ft. tasting room is paired with a large, 2000 sq. ft. outdoor patio space with ample seating, firepits and a covered, heated patio. The tasting room encourages visitors to explore the best that Oregon wine has to offer.

What’s included:
- Built in, fully equipped bar
- Full kitchen

- Multiple configurations for indoor tables and chairs: 8 high top bistro tables (4 ppl each), large boardroom table (12 ppl), or 3 6ft rectangle tables. 14 stools.
- Outdoor: 2 tables with chairs (4 ppl each), 3 wooden bench seating areas, and multiple additional small group seating spaces; 2 propane firepits with chairs, outdoor games and umbrellas.
- Serving items: wine glasses, compostable water glasses, glass beverage containers.
- You may bring in your own catering or we can help coordinate catering with one of our experienced catering partners. Caterers can have access to our basic kitchen facilities for food prep.
- Every event is staffed by an OLCC-certified bartender for beer and wine service who is knowledgeable about Oregon wines, our space, and can assist with event logistics.
- Additional items may be rented upon request.
Rates:
For simple space rental - $100/hr. (2 hr. minimum)
For hosted wine tasting events – $100/hr. (2 hr. minimum) plus $20 per person charge for a flight of 6 wines (10 people minimum) or glasses of wine or beer charged by consumption ($30 per bottle of red, $25 per bottle of white, $7 per bottle of beer).

$100 fully refundable damage deposit and $80 Cleaning fee for every event.
Please Note: Our tasting room is open to the public on Saturday and Sunday for tastings. Friday night events must end by 9pm (with a check out time of 10pm) and Saturday and Sunday events cannot begin earlier than 6:00pm (with a check-in time of 5:00pm) unless you are renting out the room for the entire day.
