Giving Back

When people ask me why I started Cellar 503 I always tell them that I love Oregon and I love wine. I'm in this business because I think Oregon is a special place and I want to share the wine we make and the stories of the amazing people behind the wine.

It never ceases to amaze me how collaborative and supportive the Oregon wine community is. There are endless stories of winemakers banding together to help each other out in times of need and I hear them every time I meet with a new winemaker.

Cellar 503 supports a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout our community, but we are especially committed to supporting the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Centers and Make-A-Wish Oregon.

Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Centers provide high-quality, comprehensive, and culturally appropriate health care in Washington and Yamhill Counties with a special emphasis on migrant and seasonal farmworkers. Many of their patients are the men and women who work in the fields and pick the grapes that make our fabulous wines.

Make-A-Wish Oregon creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses all over Oregon and Southwest Washington. When a wish comes true, it creates strength, hope and transformation in a child — and a community.

Looking for a donation?

There are hundreds of amazing nonprofit causes out there and as much as we'd like to support them all, we just can't. We focus our giving efforts on the causes highlighted above as well as schools in Oregon.

We do consider making donations to other organizations, but prioritize those who are connected with our members. If you would like to request a donation, please reach out to a Cellar 503 member that supports your organization and ask them to fill out the form below.
